I have been messin around doing an online digital photo workshop and have been getting back to basics with Linda Blondheim which are two separate and ends of my art spectrum. The matte frames are part of the digital project and I am not sure they are going to survive! LOL they are separating! Lets just say it involves very messy plaster of paris , rock salt, and staining...

The empty papers with the 6 rectangles are supposed to be finished thumbnails of my assignment. I spent the better half of the afternoon looking for subjects that fit the criteria that I am supposed to paint-- even then some of them are going to get artistic licence to achieve the appropriate results. The first 3 card stock pages are for paintings only in black and white auuuuggg! I have more to do after that... in color...Here comes TROUBLE! It's all about making my mind work a little more on purpose when I am creating- thats the trouble when I actually start painting my mind goes numb and I go into meditation mode- time has no meaning.
